Assettia

Built by people who ran the programmes

Assettia is the data and AI programme record: one place where an organisation keeps what its programme owns, what it has decided, and what it has proved.

Assettia was not designed from a market map. It draws on more than twenty-five years of experience working in data and AI for some of the world's leading data and AI consultancies, and on the board meetings that reviewed the programmes those consultancies delivered. The record is the tool its founders wished they had been given.

Where the idea came from

The founders' careers run through global strategy consulting, consumer data at world scale, and the leadership of data, analytics and customer strategy functions in retail, financial services, travel and business-to-business companies. Across all of it the same failure repeated. The programme's knowledge lived in slides, spreadsheets and people. Boards received a deck that was correct on the day it was finished and unverifiable after that. When a director asked why a use case had been chosen, or what it had delivered, someone assembled an answer by hand.

The record exists to end that assembly. Every decision recorded when it is taken, with the person and the reason. Every figure traceable to the records it counts. Every gap stated as a gap.

How it is built

The method inside Assettia is the method its founders used in practice, refined over more than twenty-five years against real programmes rather than written for a brochure. Consultants use the product with clients every week, and every module is used by the people who built it before any client sees it, on a synthetic organisation kept for exactly that purpose.

The product follows four rules the code enforces: deterministic first; AI drafts, a person approves; every figure names its population; honest gaps.

The method

What we believe

Boards do not need more dashboards. They need to know what the organisation owns, what it has decided and what it has proved, in a form they can check. Software should make it hard to present opinion as fact. A model can draft; only a person can decide. And a record that cannot show its gaps cannot be trusted with its claims.

Where we are

Assettia is developed in the United Kingdom, in London. The team works with organisations in the United Kingdom and internationally. Names, roles and photographs of the team will be published here in due course.

Working with us

Assettia is used in two ways: by chief data officers and their teams directly, and by consultants who run programmes with clients inside it. Either begins with a walkthrough on a synthetic organisation.

Request a walkthrough

See the record the founders wished they had.

A walkthrough takes forty minutes and uses a synthetic organisation, so nothing of yours is entered until you decide it should be.
