An annual licence covers the whole platform for everyone in the organisation who needs it. The figures below are the published bands in pounds sterling. The exact position within a band is agreed in conversation, and pricing in other currencies is agreed in the same way.

For consultancies
A firm licence plus a fee per client workspace, shaped around the size of the practice and the number of engagements running at once. Because the commercial model differs by firm, the figures are agreed rather than published.
What is not included
Advisory work alongside the platform, whether from Assettia's team or from a consultancy partner, is priced separately from the licence. The licence is for the record; the people who help run the programme are a separate conversation.
Questions people ask
Why is the licence priced by organisation size rather than by user?
Because a programme record only works if everyone who touches the programme is in it. Per-seat pricing pushes organisations to leave people out, and a record with people missing is a record with gaps.
What does enablement and setup cover?
Configuring the tenant, loading existing strategies, use case lists and registers as inputs, and the first evidence pass with the programme team, so the record starts populated rather than empty.
Is there a free trial?
There is a walkthrough on a synthetic organisation, which shows the whole platform without entering anything of yours. There is no self-service trial, because a record with nothing in it shows nothing.
Does the price change as the organisation grows?
The band is set at the start of each annual term from the organisation's revenue. A move between bands takes effect at renewal, not mid-term.
Is the licence a subscription?
It is an annual licence, invoiced annually, with renewal agreed before the term ends. The organisation's record remains its own whether or not the licence continues.
